      Life is a gift from God
        longing to be lived,
       needing to be shared,
        wanting to be free.
                  
      Life is a gift from God
        longing to be lived
         this day on Earth
      and tomorrow in Heaven.
                  
      Life is a gift from God
   not always wrapped too nicely,
   full of fear and frustration,
   apprehension and tribulation.
                  
      Life is a gift from God
   that finds hope and purpose in
    reaching out to God for help
  and reaching out to help others.
